Cancellation Policy

Cancellation two hours or more before pick-up time: NO CHARGE.

Cancellation while the vehicle is on location or within 15 minutes before or after scheduled pick-up will result in a charge of $25.00. After 15 minutes waiting time charges apply in additional to the cancellation charges.

Delroy's Limousine Service is not responsible for any cancellation or delay due to extraordinary traveling conditions, such as mechanical problems. In the event of mechanichal problems, we reserve the right to substitute a similar vehicle of equal value or refund the difference. Sun roof will stay closed while limo is moving. Clients will be held liable for any vandalism, negligence or drunkness. All balances must be paid 1 week prior to event.

All deposits made towards your limousine reservation(s) are non-refundable. However, if you need to cancel your reservation for any reason, you will be able to use your deposit towards any future booking within one year of the original booking date. For airport and point to point transfers, all "no shows" are non-refundable.

Midtown & Downtown Manhattan Pickup Notes

Due to no-standing restrictions, traffic enforcement agents and other NYC restrictions, your driver may be required to circle the block once they are on location. These incidents may occur without notice and are not within the driver’s control. While circling the block, the vehicle is still considered to be on location.
The driver will record the exact time the passenger enters the vehicle. The driver may ask the passenger to sign the pickup time on the voucher.
